Job Description: Job Description:
1. Account Management, Client management 2. Responsible for expanding the client base 3. Plan and implement all activities related to Business Development and Marketing efforts to ensure revenue generation, Review commercial contracts. 4. Identifying potential Clients/ Lead Generation and negotiating them till closure. 5. Introducing new/innovative ideas for acquisition of new clients and retention of existing clients. 6. Taking full responsibility of company's end-to-end sales in Domestic as well as in international market. This includes: 
a. Lead Generation activities and evaluation of potential customers via networking, market research and cold calling.  b. Handling RFIs/ RFPs.  c. Obtaining business requirements and present solutions to begin sales cycle and completing with successful contracts.  d. Preparing time schedules & estimations for project cost .  e. Managing sales pipelines, follow through and maintain excellent relationship with existing customers and resolve their issues, payment collection f. Establishing and attaining sales targets
7. Planning for sales growth and marketing of services. This includes:  a. Coming up with strategic plan for sales activities, developing and implementing short term and long term goals.  b. Preparing competitive analysis, business reports and making recommendations.  c. Identifying new markets and sales promotions using creation of marketing collateral  d. Analyze the various markets/clients on the revenue generation parameter.

Desired Profile: Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Dynamic young personality, highly motivated to drive sales. Own Conveyance is MUST. 2. Excellent communication skills and client management 3. Two years of relevant experience in the Product Sales, experience in interacting and dealing with Government clients. 4. Account Management experience 5. Relevant Exp: Minimum 2years in selling telecom services in the Domestic as well as International market. 6. Excellent Communication Skills: verbal & written.  7. A self motivated individual with passion for sales & pleasing personality. 8. Technical background will be an add-on.
